Doha: The School Guidance Section of the School Guidance Department of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has announced the results of the “Future Programmers” competition in its first edition.
The competition was organized with the participation of a wide range of 75 high school students who are pursuing the technological path in their educational streams.
Students Abdullah Ali Al Kuwari, Mubarak Khalid Al Thani, Jassim Muhammad Iqbal and their coach Mahmoud Muhammad Ibrahim from Khalifa Secondary Boys won first place in the Boys Schools category.
Elsewhere, in the girls’ school categories, Al Bayan Girls’ Independent Secondary School won first place with the participation of the students, namely Amna Muhammad Al Badr, Saeeda Bilal Al Jassem and Ruqia Ahmed Al Adsani and their coach. , Soraya Al Mashlawi.
Director of School Guidance Department at Ministry Moza Al Madhahka said the real victory comes in honor of taking part in this crucial competition in which the female students took part responsibly with their aptitude and hard work which have demonstrated the extent of cooperation in the field exercised. efforts between students.
She said this includes the obvious effect of teachers’ dedicated efforts to train students and engage them in this competition, in addition to providing an enabling environment.
The competition was part of ongoing preparations to represent Qatar in the 11th Future Arab Programmers Competition to be held September 23-24 in Jordan. Qatar will participate through student teams from Khalifa Secondary Boys & Girls, Al Bayan Independent Secondary School for Girls and Qatar Science and Technology Secondary School for Boys.
